Pierre-Jean Fasan created 12 awareness videos for the Central African Republic’s National Electoral Authority, aimed at strengthening civic engagement and inclusive participation. Through locally adapted storytelling and multichannel distribution, the series supported democratic consolidation and citizen education ahead of the 2025 elections.

Out of the Box is a digital platform by Bigwi Film Agency that empowers women from Africa and the Global South through storytelling, reflection, and action. It promotes gender equality by offering women a space to speak, share, and inspire on their own terms.

GEWEP III, funded by the Norwegian government and coordinated by CARE Rwanda, empowers 173,000 vulnerable women and girls in Southern Rwanda. Implemented by RWAMREC and partners, the program engages men and leaders to ensure lasting gender equality, prevent SGBV, and foster inclusive, supportive communities through transformation journeys and local activism.

Since 2022, the BAHO project by RWAMREC and Care International has supported couples in Eastern Rwanda affected by domestic violence. Through a holistic approach, it transforms harmful social norms and promotes gender equality. The documentary shares powerful stories of change, showing reduced violence and stronger family bonds.

Through their own voices, the film reveals challenges of early pregnancy, stigma, and exclusion, while showcasing reintegration efforts: peer support, father engagement, vocational training, and community awareness.
